Restore Hope and Heal Your Relationship with Yourself, Food, Your Body, and Loved Ones

Being a human is hard…

Life transitions, trauma, attachment wounds, oppression, societal pressures, and shame can deeply affect how you relate to yourself, the world, and others. These struggles can pile up, making you more critical of yourself, lack self trust, and ignore your intuition.

You’ve perfected the art of performing—blending in and pretending to have it all together and function no matter the environment or circumstance. But inside, it’s a different story. You feel depleted and exhausted by the constant struggle over how to keep others happy, how to avoid hurting people, how to fit in, how you “should” eat, and how you “should” look. Even in your close relationships, your hyper-awareness and self-monitoring skills are working overtime all while you’re left feeling emotionally unseen, unfulfilled, and disconnected from your true self.

You deserve more…

You deserve a therapist who is able to see your struggle, provide a compassionate space for you to freely express your pain, identify the systems that keep you feeling stuck, and empower you to reclaim your life, your authentic self and your relationships. I’m Natalia, a fellow human and therapist. I’m here to walk alongside you wherever you may be on your journey.

You want more than just getting through each day; you want to thrive, but feel stuck on how to make it happen. This cycle isn’t sustainable.

Struggling with an eating disorder can leave you feeling trapped in a cycle of shame, guilt, and confusion. In our work together, you’ll receive support in developing a new approach—one grounded in curiosity, neutrality, and compassion. We’ll uncover the deeper challenges and work toward creating a life built on self-compassion, sustainability, and connection.

Navigating the world as a person of color can feel heavy, especially when facing systemic oppression, microaggressions, and the pressure to meet cultural and societal expectations. Together, we’ll create a space to unpack these challenges, honor your identity, and work toward healing, empowerment, and reclaiming your space in this world.

Being biracial often involves straddling multiple cultural worlds. It can be filled with both rich and challenging experiences. Together, we’ll explore the complexities of your identity, address feelings of not fully belonging, and work toward integrating all parts of yourself to deepen your healing and self-understanding.

Therapy for Complex Trauma

Living with complex trauma can feel like you’re carrying a very heavy, yet invisible, backpack. You feel it, but no one else really sees all that you’re carrying. The weight and impact of your past experiences show up in the ways you think and feel about yourself, and in how you navigate relationships. Your responses once helped you survive, but now the are a source of overwhelm and confusion. Together, we’ll work to gently explore your story and narrative, process your pain, and develop tools to help you move toward healing, connection, and a greater sense of peace.

Therapy for Helping Professionals

You give so much of yourself to support others, often at the cost of your own well-being. It’s not uncommon to feel burned out, emotionally drained, or disconnected from the passion that once fueled your work. You deserve the same compassion and care you extend to others. Together, we’ll create a space where you can process your experiences, set boundaries, and reconnect to yourself while prioritizing your own healing and self-care.

You might not have words to describe your painful experiences. Maybe you feel disconnected from these experiences, but they’re still impacting your life in ways you don’t completely understand. With Brainspotting, we’ll access those deeper layers of your mind and body to process unresolved trauma, release emotional pain, and foster healing. Together, we’ll work toward greater clarity, connection, and peace.
