How It Works
Step1
Schedule your free consultation call. During our call, we’ll talk about what you’d like support with and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy. This call also gives you an opportunity to ask any questions you may have for me about therapy or my approach.
Step 2
If we both feel like we’d be a good fit and you want to move forward with working together, we’ll schedule a first session. You’ll receive some information and consent paperwork to review and sign prior to our first session.
Step 3
During your first session, we’ll get to know each other better and we’ll talk about some background information/context. This will give us a place to start and will serve as a foundation for your healing journey!
