  • I offer both in-person and virtual therapy session options. My in-person therapy sessions are available in Mission Viejo, conveniently located off of the 5 fwy. My virtual therapy sessions are offered throughout the states of California, Massachusetts, and Ohio.

  • Generally, I meet with clients on a weekly basis. This is helpful for consistency purposes and I have found it to provide space for deeper healing.

Once clients feel better, session frequency can be reduced to a bi-weekly basis.
