I’m a BIPoC therapist passionate about helping people like you, heal and improve their lives. I strive to create a therapeutic relationship that feels supportive, judgement-free, and human. Therapy can be a lot of things: uncomfy, awkward, hard. But it can also be so beautiful, connecting, and life-changing. I make sure to bring my own humanness and authenticity to our work. This can make the hard stuff feel a little less consuming.
